STOP is a programmable Uniswap V4 Hook. Every buy pays 3% of its ETH into the vault before the swap executes. Every sell pays a tax that rises the faster sells arrive — and any sell of 0.1 ETH or more pays the top rate instantly.
When 15 seconds pass with no sell, a buyback arms. It spends the smaller of 20% of that cycle's sells or 5% of the vault, and the tokens it buys are burned in a separate transaction — permanently reducing a fixed 1,000,000 supply.
